Buying a home as we like and have been dreaming of, is a
difficult process. We come across numerous options as we start exploring properties to choose from. At times you might
come across a property that appears to be good, but it does not fit into your
budget while sometimes the price of the property may be good and affordable
but, you are not satisfied with its location and surroundings.
At the end of the day, we all dream of owning a home that
gives us satisfaction of purchase and gives us a living experience that we can

a home that has decent access to the road and is easy to reach in all
conditions. Although, we all dream of having our office and the school for our
kids close to our home, but, unfortunately, at times this requirement might not
be fulfilled.
The next thing you must ensure is that the neighborhood of
the property is neat & clean as you would be spending a lot of time at home
with family. After this, look for the facilities and amenities that the builder
has provided you and that you can avail. It could be a gymnasium, sports
facilities, playground, electricity & water supply, etc. The next on the checklist is the drainage
system of the locality. Ensure your housing complex has a good drainage system
to avoid problems in future.
Last, but not the least, note the condition and quality of
house in detail and inspect the quality of fittings and interiors.
