What Nashik has in store for the home buyers?

In our previous blog, we spoke about how the wine capital is on the verge of becoming a smart city with remarkable growth and favorable conditions in the real estate for both, the investors and the end-users.

Today, there some advantages to the buyers in Nashik city that we would like to bring to your notice.

So, what are the advantages that the city offers its  buyers?

When we gave a little thought to the current progress being made in the city, we believe, the expanding IT and industrial belt has been a success for the city ensuring a self-sufficient market for the people of the city. With the developments in the IT and Industrial sectors, opportunities have been created, inviting the skilled and unskilled professionals to shift to the city. This has not only enhanced the productivity of the industries, but, has also led to an increase in the demand for housing as well.

Keeping aside the real estate industry, the abundance of water supply across the city and good sanitation facilities are a few points to consider if you plan to buy a property here. An added advantage for the people living in Nashik is that they will surely not fall short of water in the near future unlike various other parts of Maharashtra hit by droughts. Such proper water supply and sanitation facilities have been one of the major attractions for the families to buy properties in Nashik.

The developing infrastructure is another point of attraction for the potential home buyers to pick properties in Nashik. Not just these, but, the presence of green covered boulevards and the serene climate too has played a crucial role in making the city, one of the most desired locations to own a property and have fuelled the demand for better housing in the city.

So, if you have been looking for reasons to buy properties here, you have plenty now!

Is Nashik’s real estate favoring end users or investors?

As we all know, the city of Nashik has been progressively growing in major sectors like information technology, infrastructure, education and real estate. The growing market for properties in Nashik has been very supportive towards the builders and developers of the city as well as the ones who desired to own better homes in the Wine Capital.

Now, considering that the city’s Realty sector is at a nascent stage, it is fast turning into a preferred destination for investment among many investors. Already popular for its pleasant climatic conditions and locations with astounding beauty and serenity, the city had all that was needed to be one of the favorites of people looking for a city to settle down, except the standard of living. The lack of property housing in previous years could possibly be the only reason for people to look for other alternatives to settle down. However, in the recent times, the city has overcome that obstacle as well.

When we speak of opulence and plush lifestyles, we often consider cities like Pune and Mumbai in the state of Maharashtra. But, we forget that the plush lifestyle we are obsessed with comes with a price tag in such cities which is beyond the reach of a majority of the “common man”. However, if you consider Nashik, it too has a price tag to offer plush residences and quality lifestyle features to people who desire to have the same, but, at a cost that fits the affordability quotient of many.

The affordable prices combined with the serene beauty of the location has often attracted the retired personnel to invest in properties here. The right ROI is another factor here that is becoming an interest of  many investors across the state and even abroad. Pulling home buyers and investors with the potential to grow even further, Nashik has a long way to go with a capital value of properties appreciated by quite good percentage in only past 2 years.

Hence, the city has been in favor of the buyers as well as investors and thus showing its potential to become a smart city with remarkable growth in less time.

Samraat Group - Nashik
India has been growing in real estate sector considering the country to be the fastest growing economies of the world in the recent times. India is expected to be the 3rd largest economy by 2025 by the largest economy by 2050. If we look at the growth of the real estate industry in India, the Indian growth story would begin with the evolution in the real estate industry. To speak of the main pillars of the real estate, there are mainly four of them. They are:

  1. Residential Projects:  This basically depends on the demographics of the location/city/country. A thorough  study of the human population on the basis of various factors such as relationship between social, economic, cultural and biological factors. This statistical data helps us acquire information on the needs and demands of the people falling under various categories of economy stature. The demand for flats, villas, bungalows, independent houses, plots, etc. vary from group to group and family to family at a very basic level.
  2. Commercial Projects: The commercial projects mainly comprise of the infrastructure development and complexes for industrial set ups and establishments. These include the health care centers and hospitals, retail stores in the market and educational institutions in the city/area as defined under the research of demographics, etc.
  3. Government policies, laws and regulations: The government has a certain set of rules and regulations set for property purchase and ownership of the enterprise and assets in the country. The domestic laws and policies help the buyer to acquire the property with legal process and take possession of the same. The government policies regarding the Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) control the ownership in a business enterprise in one country by an entity based in another country. However, post liberalization, the real estate sector has seen impressive development due to the Multinational Entrepreneurism, dynamic local stock markets and strong economic growth.
  4. Business Outlook:  This relates to the opportunities that are created while real estate sector progresses in the country. The career opportunities invite people to work and earn so as to sustain in the society and be eligible to invest or purchase properties. An increase in the demand of the residential apartments is a clear indication of increase in economic growth of the country with more and more people becoming capable of investing in property and buy pieces of real estate.

With increasing demand for flats, apartments and other residential complexes and townships, and also, commercial properties inclusive of industrial premises, real estate industry has become one of the most lucrative sectors for investment and employment opportunities.
